Daycare Birthdays ⭐️🌈🥳🎁💖

Six years into this daycare business and I think I finally have what I want to do for birthdays, figured out. I have tried a little of everything but nothing ever felt quite right. For the first birthdays of 2025, I did a trial run & feel happy with what I have decided to go with.

Sometimes, you just need to simplify things.

Everything used for the goodie bags— star confetti :) 1 pair of sunglasses, 1 bubble, 2 Smiley Tattoos, 3 Flavored Tootsie Rolls or Fruit Chews, (in the future will probably add M&M’s mini bags instead)& then I made bracelets that say ‘Happy Birthday’ too. I did not end up using the balloons.

The headbands are the only thing I didn’t put in the goodie bag, so instead they could wear it for the day if they wanted to.

‘Meet Birthday’ was purchased from Walmart. The book is definitely from a Parent POV so I don’t read it to them… I am working on something to replace it but I let the kids hold ‘birthday’ while we sing to them & say nice things to them, that we think are worth celebrating!

& that wraps up our birthdays at daycare, moving forward! Simple, affordable, yet cohesive, colorful, & special. ☻
